A qualified mid-career professional social worker with wide experience in the development
and corporate sector. . He had experience in corporate communications, health
(government and private sector), child protection and the hospitality sector. He is an expert
in the field of crisis and risk management, public relations, corporate social responsibility,
stakeholder management, internal compliances, reputation management, corporate affairs
and strategies. He is presently working with Flipkart Internet PvtLTD as its Senior
Manager of Corporate Affairs & Government Relations. He had been worked with reputed
organizations like The Lalit Ashok Hotel (Five Star) Bengaluru as its Liaison Manager, and
with Vodafone Mobile Service Limited as its Senior Manager – Regulatory & Corporate
Affairs, Delhi. Apart from this, another notable work experience of him includes his role as
Technical Adviser and Liaisoning officer for correctional Institutions, Bangalore with
Department of Women & Child Development, Government of Karnataka UNICEF project.
He had been also worked with Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd. as State Lead Government
Affairs-Karnataka.

Dr. Saju Parackal
A Social Scientist and a consultant in Research, Monitoring and Evaluation He has
coordinated more than 40 research studies on socially relevant issues (inter-country and
intra-country) under the auspices of international agencies, Central / State Ministries, and
agencies. He was also part of the design, development, and implementation of several
developmental projects. He has been a visiting faculty to Schools of Social Work on
Research Methodology, Project Planning and Statistical Package for Social Sciences
(SPSS) used for Data Analysis. He has also published two books and several articles. He is
also vice-chair of Butterflies an organization working among children in Delhi and a core
team member of Jeevika- an organization working among migrant labourers in Kerala.

Fr. Edward Thomas
A dynamic change-maker with remarkable years of experience and expertise in child protection and partnership development. Dream India Network is his brainchild and played a vital role in its development. As an expert in the development sector, he was formerly a member of the Karnataka State Commission for Protection of Child Rights Government of Karnataka (SCPCR) and former Director of Missing Child Bureau – Nodal Agency BOSCO for Department of women and child Government Karnataka. He also served as a Member of the ICPS Society. Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan Karnataka as its Governing council member, Board of Directors of Balabhavan Society Government of Karnataka, Selection committee member for juvenile Justice functionaries (CWC & JJB), Inspection team Member of the Special Empowered Committee appointed by High Court of Karnataka to check malnutrition in the state. Fr Edward also served as Home Committee Member of Observation Home, DWCD, Government of Karnataka and NGO representative of Zilla Panchayat of Bangalore. He was involved in the implementation of people’s friendly police stations (UNICEF- Karnataka State partnership). Apart from his appointments in the government sector, he also served prominent nonprofit agencies such as Caritas India as its board member and Executive Director of BOSCO Bengaluru and associated with the Federation of Voluntary Organization for Urban and Rural Development –Karnataka (FEVOURD- K).

Biplab Dutta
With a career of over 26 years spanning experiences in Strategy, Business development & management, Finance, Human Resource, and Administration, Biplab brings with him an extensive understanding of Global Delivery. His expertise spans across developing vision, mission, strategies and planning execution and client development. A result-oriented professional, Biplab in his professional experience, has managed, run and gained experience in functions that cover the gamut of running an entire organiSation and has been in key roles with Sonodyne, Digital Equipment India Ltd. and IBM. Presently, he is the head of Business Excellence with Ericsson Global Services India. He has a degree in Commerce from the University of Kolkata & is an Associate Member of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India.
Dr. B.S Anuradha
A Psychologist by profession and holds and earned a Ph.D. in Psychology and experience in Counselling. She has been empanelled by Karnataka Evaluation Authority as a subject matter expert on woman issues and external remember of the Internal complaints committee on the prevention of sexual harassment at the workplace (POSH) of few companies. She is an academic counsellor of I.G.N.O.U and a member of special committees constituted by the Government of Karnataka to frame state policy for children, especially for girl children and early childhood education. She was formerly a member of the Karnataka State Commission for the protection of Child Rights. Earlier she was also a faculty and regional director (I/C) of the National Institute of Public Cooperation and Child Development, Government of India.

A maths graduate & CA Articleship from ICAI with 16 years of professional exposure in Finance and Accounts. Expertise in prepare relevant papers and documents for registration, return filing and assessments of VAT, Service Tax, Central Excise, Shops and Establishment Act, ROC, ROS, P.T., ESI and P.F. He also has years of experience with the non-profit sector and engaged in philanthropic activities. He has been working with other like-minded individuals and organisations in the area of human development and initiated various community development programmes. He has a positive attitude to foster development among marginalised and vulnerable communities. His passion includes working for the cause of children who need care and protection.

He was instrumental in getting ambulances, medicines and medical equipment’s, consumables, and food items to the DIN partner hospitals to reach out to the needy COVID affected people.
